Terms of Service - Deckard: Loyalty Cards

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Deckard: Loyalty Cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License

Deckard: Loyalty Cards grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the application
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored in Deckard: Loyalty Cards
All activities that occur through your use of the application
Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
Backing up your data as needed

4. Data and Privacy

Deckard: Loyalty Cards stores your card data locally on your device, encrypted with AES-256 and excluded from cloud backups. Your card numbers, IBANs, and CVVs are never sent to us. The app does use Google Firebase for anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting, and, only when you choose to export a loyalty card, sends that card's details to our pass-signing service to create an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data and securing your device with a PIN or passcode. See our Privacy Policy below for full details.

5. Subscriptions and Premium

Deckard: Loyalty Cards is free to use with limits on the number of cards. Premium features are offered as a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Deckard: Loyalty Cards is not a banking app. It does not make payments, move money, or connect to your bank.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Deckard: Loyalty Cards is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The application will meet your requirements
The application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Any errors in the application will be corrected
The application will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volkan Üstekidağ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use Deckard: Loyalty Cards
Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
Any content or conduct of any third party

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Deckard: Loyalty Cards at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

Your license to use Deckard: Loyalty Cards is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
